Domino's Pizza Has Confirmed Vegan Pizza Will Launch In 2020

It's about damn time, but Domino's Pizza has finally confirmed that Vegan pizzas will be landing at everyone's favourite takeaway in 2020.

It's been over a year since their sworn rivals Pizza Hut launched gluten free pizzas, with dairy-free cheese being introduced early this year, and Domino's have been sitting far behind ever since with only reduced fat cheese to shout about. While 600 calories are pretty dreamy, our poor Vegan friends have been left hanging in the balance with only no-cheese options to fill the pizza-shaped hole in their lives.

The product will be a meat and dairy-free option for plant-based customers to enjoy, and while it's taken quite some time to be finally introduced, the pizza chain have been perfecting their recipe to make it as tasty as possible.

Speaking to Tyla about the upcoming product, a spokesperson said:

"The rumours are true.

"We have been working hard to perfect a vegan recipe with the unmistakable taste of Domino's fresh dough and cheesy goodness.

"We're not quite there yet, but vegan pizza lovers shouldn't have to wait much longer."
